I have been fortunate in my career to have gained significant experience in various facets of the managed care arena. For example, I have been instrumental in increasing the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Annual Dental Visit (ADV) state-wide average by over twenty points in New York, bringing much needed oral health care to underserved communities. Additionally, I managed the successful implementation of thirteen new clients and close to one million lives in compliance with the New York State Medicaid carve-in mandate, on schedule and within budget.
