Customer Service Rep taking phone calls

After leaving my last job to take care of my ailing mother I am ready to find a new, exciting opportunity since she has recently passed away.

Performed a wide variety of administrative assistant tasks including word processing, liturgy/workshop registrations/events, answering phones, assisting with general inquiries regarding liturgy and sacramental formation, document editing/ design, gathering of supplies, office equipment/computer troubleshooting and database queries.

Answering phones, ordering parts, scheduling appointments for technician, greeting customers at counter and collecting payments for parts ordered, submitting billing for several different warranty companies for payment, providing customer service support including the handling of difficult customers.

Taking orders over the phone for products, learning products in order to upsell additional items and transferring customers to correct departments for the Christmas season.

Completing closing packages with attention to detail making sure all requirements were met, making sure money wired to closing, shipping files to different investors for purchase and reviewing recorded mortgages, assignments and title policies for accuracy before sending to investors.

Completing FHA, VA and Conventional closing packages, preparing FHA/VA files for insuring, deposited and wired mortgage insurance premiums for FHA/VA loans, and managing and reviewing work of 8 department members.
