International Business Machines (IBM) manufactures and markets computer hardware, middleware and software, and offers hosting and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanotechnology.Key Functions and Responsibilities: • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.• Identifying customers’ needs by clarifying information, researching and exploring answers and provide solutions and/or alternative solutions.• Escalating unresolved problems or re-occurring issues.• Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers by taking time and going the extra mile.• Keep records of all queries/issues in our ticket system in a comprehensible manner.• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets such as SLA’s, KPI’s, Quality Assessments and Cyber Security Testing.• Daily use of Microsoft excel and word.• Daily use of tools such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Exchange Management Console in order to solve customers’ problems in a timely manner• Assisting management with daily/weekly reports.• Reporting to management daily.
