In my role I manage the diary of 20 + engineers based on geographic location and ability. In this role I have demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with engineers and customers. I have shown that I am able to prioritise work based on customer needs and can multi-task efficiently to get the best possible outcome for the customer. In this role I also have to interpret technical conversations and pass on accurate and detailed information. I manage and maintain service schedules for in excess of 500 machines with service plans, this includes keeping track of hours on our companies advanced telematics system. I also assist with preparation of technical repair quotations and ensure that these get sent to customers within a timely manner. Part of my role also involves obtaining order numbers and processing invoicing. As a result I have to use my initiative to ensure that any problem jobs are processed accordingly to maintain customer satisfaction.
