I am a passionate and strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments. I have a CPA qualification and a strong background in management accounting and analytics which enables me to optimize the financial performance and operations of resvu, a leading software company that provides solutions for the strata and community management industry in Australia and the USA.As the CFO of resvu since 2020, I have been responsible for implementing all financial functions, technology, and processes from the start-up phase. I have successfully managed budgeting and forecasting, capital raising rounds and cash flow management, board and investor relations, and regulatory compliance. I have also been involved in the end-to-end business strategy as part of the executive team, overseeing the growth of the company from a team of 5 to 25 in 3 years as well as the global market expansion. In addition, I have leveraged my analytical skills and CPA knowledge to provide insights and guidance on key business decisions and opportunities. Furthermore, I have been a co-founder of The Profit Queens, a digital course that teaches small business owners how to improve their profitability and cash flow, and a director of Jodi Facy Consulting, a virtual CFO and mentoring service for small businesses.
