I was born in Wisconsin, attended tech school in Minnesota and landed in the Twin Cities metro area after graduation. I worked for Gould National Battery right out of tech school and then went on to Tennant Company in Golden Valley, MN. In 2003 my husband and I started our own company and have been running our business since then. Currently I am CEO of 4th Axis Machine and Design, Inc. who does work for NASA along with other companies. I do like to tell people that we have parts up in space, because we do, and it is cool to talk about. I have my hands in multiple aspects of the company even as CEO, but that is what happens when you own a small business. In my free time I like traveling, playing in my vegetable and flower gardens, crafting, reading, biking, spending time outside and I am really into Halloween. I have a big display every year for Halloween since it is my favorite holiday and so much fun.
