With over 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, I am a passionate and dedicated engineer who strives to deliver innovative and secure solutions for enterprise-level tenants. I have a strong background in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Email Services, Proofpoint, and Cisco Umbrella, as well as multiple certifications from Microsoft. I joined A+E Networks in November 2021 as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, where I work with a talented and diverse team to support and optimize the M365 environment for over 2500 users across multiple locations and platforms.At A+E Networks, I am responsible for managing and troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 products and apps, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Platform. I also implement and monitor security policies and best practices, such as conditional access, identity protection, and threat management. Additionally, I collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to provide end user support, training, and documentation. I leverage my skills and expertise in M365 administration to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience, as well as a high level of compliance and protection for the organization's data and assets.
