Jodi is the Director of the Health and Benefit department at America Online, Inc. Her responsibilities include the development of health promoting strategies, benefits and programs in response to employees’ diverse needs. Jodi oversees the benefit delivery including health and welfare, health promotion, retirement, integrated disability, and work life programs. She serves as the subject matter expert in creating innovative solutions to managing health and productivity issues and to meet business needs while creating an inclusive family friendly workplace with cutting edge benefits. Prior to AOL Jodi was the Work /Life and Women's Health Manager at Fannie Mae, she spearheaded the development of the family friendly benefits that positioned Fannie Mae as an “Employer of Choice”. Jodi developed several award winning Work/Life and Women’s Health Initiatives that today are considered best practices. Prior to Fannie Mae, Jodi was the Executive Director of the Wellness Institute and Women's Center at Providence Hospital. Jodi has over 27 years of experience working in corporate health and wellness program development and benefit design and delivery. She has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland. Jodi is certified as a Human Resource Professional and in Benefit and Compensation Management and is pursuing her certification as compensation professional
