Raised in real estate, it was never a question of what I would do when I grew up. Real estate is just a part of me, the only question was in which part of real estate would I land. Development, construction, real estate agent, real estate broker, or contractor?The answer turned out to be all of them. As the child of an entrepreneur, I was raised with a thirst for business ownership. My father started a manufacturing company across the street from our house when I was young and I spent countless hours helping, listening and learning. By the age of 18, I had acquired a wealth of business acumen and was already on my way to becoming a serial entrepreneur.In the 90s, I started working with dad on his new adventures in real estate development. I knew immediately knew this was my passion. In 2005, I got my real estate license and started to establish myself as an agent. Shortly after, I started rehabbing and selling houses which led to multi-family dwellings and apartments. In 2010, I became a real estate broker and wrestled with the housing inventory crisis. In answer, I started a construction company but that was only the beginning because I often struggled to find contractors that met my quality expectations consistently. As a true entrepreneur, I solved that problem by founding several other companies including, roofing, siding, insulation, and commercial electricity.I could list 100 projects that I've loved but one of my favorites was in 2014 when I worked on a project for CMHA (Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority) . It was the largest contract ever awarded to a woman-owned business, which sparked my other passion of supporting women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, and my community. My company has earned WBE and WOSB certifications from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, the largest certifier of businesses owned, controlled and operated by women in the United States. I am an avid supporter of the Covington Business Council, NKY Chamber and BNI.
