Duties include daily punching of invoices, issuing payments and monthly reconciling of statements. Maintaining communication between our vendors and our company. Processing check requests and used vehicle purchase invoices and ordering supplies. Completing the Sales Log for sold vehicles and writing up the GMAC SmartCash payoff daily. Completing deposits.

Duties include setting up agency students, billing for tuition and maintaining progress reports for counselors. Working directly with all branches of the military and Rehabilitation departments. Completing graduate, interrupt, and housing audits on student accounts for refund processing. Working with financial aid to ensure student loans and grants come in.
