Performing daily goals in assuring that the cashiers at our store follow their duties daily. Performing IRP's every weekday and completing the DSHR daily. Ensuring every customers experience is perfect and they feel special each time they shop at our store. Head Cashiers are a main source of security to insure theft is minimal. Since getting my position as a Head Cashier I have learned many aspects of a big box retail store.

My responsibilites included but not limited to staffing, inventory, counting the safe, helping customers with their products, ordering new inventory, counting in the truck deliveries, processing in the truck, special ordering, networking with other store locations, organized documents, conducting interviews and filled in for the store manager when he was out.
