Oversee the development, execution, and reporting on the strategic plans for Penn State World Campus and Penn State Outreach. Consult with executive leadership and departmental administrators to bring attention to key data trends impacting progress towards organizational goals and recommend activities focused on student outcomes and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and support to university-wide committees, act as a liaison to University senior leadership, and collaborate with external groups on joint research projects.Lead the creation and implementation of the team’s mission, values, strategic plan, and yearly goals.
