I’m a Midwest gal who loves to travel and see what the world has to offer. Athletics have been a huge part of my life and have shaped me into the person I am today. While in college, I competed in the pole vault (yes, one of those crazy people!) and earned my undergraduate degree in Sports Management and my masters in College Counseling and Student Development. I then found myself at The University of Alabama working to help athletes pursue their educational goals. I switched careers to serve as a spiritual mentor to college and professional athletes. I have always felt it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside others and help them embrace the uniqueness and beauty of who they are. I help people in transition discover their passions to help them smoothly navigate those transitions. I also conduct workshops that help people learn and understand their talents as well as learn and appreciate others' talents to create more cohesive and effective working teams.
