Director of The Academic Testing Center

• Assist in managing the day to day operations of the Academic Testing Center• Provide assistance in the management of calendars and events-scheduling, planning, and training • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MSPublisher, MSOutlook• Develop and maintain written support materials: presentations, forms, signs, office brochures, handouts, and incident reports • Create and maintain statistical/accounting documents for daily, monthly, and yearly reports/spreadsheets• Oversee, maintain, update, and develop Academic Testing Center and SCTA websites using T4 and Joomla• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain office equipment, computers, and software• Certified to administer tests for 15+ companies

• Execute lesson plans and homework assignments from lesson plans• Maintaining control of the classroom environment• Promote learning and provide positive interactions with students

• Maintaining an accurate accounting of fees received by teams and individuals• Scheduling, organizing, and executing individual and group basketball lessons• Onsite event operation and management of league and tournament games• Equipment maintenance, inventory, storage, and inspection
