In my role I was responsible for recruitment of all open requisitions including: Support Staff, Billing Staff, Mental Health Practitioners, Nurses, Therapist, and Psychiatrist. Managed all job postings, reviewed resumes, set up interviews, conducted interviews, ensured all applicants met licensing requirements, made job offers, negotiated employee contracts, etc.
