• Develop and assess Grace’s global transfer pricing requirements and global pricing for cross-border transactions of tangible goods and services• Directly monitor and oversee the profit levels of major intercompany transactions to determine whether target profit levels will be met and implement corrective action where required• Manage transfer pricing consistency on a global basis• Liaise with cross-functional teams to manage risk• Advise business leaders on transfer pricing exposures and risks • Manage the Global Intercompany Services rebilling process• Defend transfer pricing in audits• Minimize double taxation by finding transfer pricing opportunities• Monitor developments in transfer pricing tax laws in various jurisdictions and identify potential risks or exposures to Grace entities from these changes• Prepare transfer pricing studies• Review externally prepared transfer pricing studies • Participate in Advanced Pricing Agreements• Determine transfer pricing and other tax implications for acquisitions and/or changes in business model structure • Educate and train local country tax teams, cross-functional teams and business groups on transfer pricing objectives
