CurrentKey workplace and facilities lead for Veeva workplace in the Northeast United States.Workplace Services team's vision is to create healthy, productive, and connected workplaces that enable Veevans to do their best work while holding to our values of customer service, simplicity, and vitality. We provide workplace programs, services, and general support for our Veeva teams. I guide the leaders of offices in the Northeast, including NYC, Boston, MA, Lyndhurst, NJ, and the PA offices of Radnor and Philly. My focus is to ensure the overall functionality of the office space and workplace experience in the NE offices while growing our community culture.Some areas where I contribute:- Data tools including occupancy and event dashboards- Office onboarding resources- ISO 14001 ESG planning and reporting- Space planning applications- Financial reporting processes for workplaces- Efficiencies for Work Anywhere/Office hybrid- Emergency Action Plan global audit- Sustainability assessment and plan- Office-wide culture initiatives- Facilities Operations and Projects include space planning, capital improvements, and new builds/expansion- External Partners, including vendors, and building property management
