With over 10 years of experience in the public health and disability sector, I have led and supported strategic and innovative initiatives at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, the leading provider of orientation and mobility services for people with vision impairment in Australia. As the General Manager Strategy & Innovation, I oversee the development and implementation of the organisation's strategic plan, governance framework, and innovation portfolio, ensuring alignment with mission, vision, and values. I create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, staff, board, funders, regulators, and researchers, to foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. Previously, as the Senior Manager Innovation and Inclusion, I managed the design and delivery of accessible and inclusive technology and service solutions for clients and staff, leveraging my expertise in public health, digital innovation, and risk management. I hold a Master of Public Health from UNSW, and have completed the Foundations of Directorship course at AICD. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and improving the quality of life of people with disability through innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
