Having taken a gap from working whilst bringing up my children, I wanted to change from hospitality to retail to work with better hours. Working for Anthropologie was a great starter for me to learn as much as I could about retail, customer service, fashion, styling, but mainly to work around a huge group of people from all walks of life. Whilst living in the United States I learnt so much about the customer care and service and was trained very well on how to do this effectively and efficiently. I left Anthropologie to work full time in a school as a teaching assistant. It was an amazing opportunity to work in an International School with some incredible teachers, multi national children and learning so much about different cultures. Even though I had 3 young boys, this job taught me patience, humility, kindness and it was one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had.Moving back to the Uk in 2018, I wanted to go to a brand I knew well, Anthropologie, I have learnt a lot more about the company, working in the flag ship store alongside some great managers who have taught me well in every area within the store. I am a dedicated worker, great with people of all ages, enthusiastic and happy to be around people.
