Workplace culture- the key to attracting and retaining great employees! Leaving a legacy of well-qualified and dedicated professionals in a program I have dedicated a decade and a half to building. I created a wonderful place to work where staff enjoyed coming every day and put their hearts and souls into making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
