Responsible for getting updated quote information for numerous parts from our supplier base for Aftermarket Services and processing them through our systems. I also work closely with suppliers, customer service/sales, and the rest of the Purchasing team to ensure information is up to date and accurate for pricing, lead time, etc.

• Responsible for providing assistance to the Supply Chain Specialists, Materials teams, Commodity team, and suppliers in various ways pertaining to supply chain implementation and maintenance support for parts on supply.
• Set up parts on various supply chain programs in the JDE system and Access with information provided by the Supply Chain Specialists and suppliers. Also, removing parts from supply chain when they are no longer wanted.
• Complete revisions to pricing, lead times, minimums, packaging, etc. as required to ensure the agreements and system are up to date.
• Process reports for a variety of information used to make sure information within the system is accurate and matching between the agreements, JDE Item Branch, and Access.
• Resolve disputes that may arise with the SMI program, including working with the Materials teams if there is liability when removing a part from supply chain.
• Force purchase orders for supply chain parts when requested by the Materials teams if needed.

Poplar Bluff, Missouri

• Primarily responsible for processing electronic and handwritten purchase requisitions from departments hospital-wide and several outlying clinics for various products and services, and ensured that the purchase orders.
• Assisting departments with researching products, pursuing quotes from vendors, processing returns and exchanges, expediting shipments, etc.
• Working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure resolution when discrepancies arose between purchase orders and the invoices received.
• Submitting product information to the corporate office to be established in the company product database to reduce non-catalog ordering.
• Assisting with the annual hospital inventory by helping prepare spreadsheets for the physical count, answer questions from departments, assisting in counting as needed, and keying all counts onto the departmental.

• Responsible for managing and administering all employee benefits, including: leaves, disability, health insurance, 401k, flexible spending, etc. Duties also included:
• Processing various payroll and HRIS transactions, and administration of the time and attendance system.
• Managing all paperwork associated with each employee’s file.
• Reconciling monthly bills from benefit providers.
