I graduated from UNCSA, immersing myself in the world of Modern Dance, nurturing my passion for artistic expression through motion. Following this, I pursued my undergraduate studies at UNC Greensboro, earning a BS in Clinical Nutrition with a Minor in Dance. My fascination with holistic well-being led me to recognize the pivotal role of yoga in fostering total body wellness. Through mindfulness, yoga equips us with the tools to navigate stress and enhance our sleep patterns. Its practice seamlessly integrates strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular elements, facilitating a harmonious synergy within the body. Moreover, yoga fosters a sense of belonging within a supportive community, where empowerment and mutual support flourish. Embracing my dedication to holistic health, I underwent training as a Health & Well-Being Coach at Duke, complementing my expertise as a RYT-500 Yoga Instructor. My commitment to advancing well-being led me to pursue Executive Education at Harvard Medicine in Lifestyle Medicine. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of movement, mindfulness, and community in cultivating a vibrant and balanced life.
