• Successfully manage, coordinate and execute the graphic design production for all packaging projects• Manage the production of packaging mechanicals including preparation for routing, proofreading, full prep for pre-press for both existing and new products from approved layouts through Paxpro tasks (a web-based digital workflow system)• Establishing quality production art design standards and guidelines• Streamline department and company-wide effected procedures and work flow• Train and manage contract employees on maintaining standards and brand consistency• Review and approve all final vendor proofs before printing

• Projects include: brochures, sales literature, package design, ads, collateral, and catalogs• Client list includes: 3M, Polaris Industries, Rockler Woodworking, Hormel Foods, Jennie-O Turkey Store, Target, Thomson West and Cargill
