Provides administrative services to the Vice President of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Services, and Chief Nursing Officer, which includes completing CLIA certificate application renewals, and ensuring all files are maintained according to all applicable Federal, State, local, contract, Joint Commission, CAHC/CHAP, and HIPAA regulations • Monitors all out of state branch licenses are renewed according to AHCA, NDHHS, NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs, IDPH, and Mass. Dept. of Labor regulations • Develops the company's HHATP Train the Trainer, which is a mandatory training program for all DOH approved training sites company-wide • Monitors and oversees that all Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide training site applications are renewed timely as per DOH regulation, and auditing all trainee files, generating all certifications, issuing all certifications, recordkeeping, and providing onsite visits for compliance training as per DOH regulation • Maintains and updates all state regulation manuals, orientation materials, and education in-service materials for licensed and certified agencies• Lead on-boarding coordinators and compliance department audit process• Utilize data entry and documentation skills to record patient complaints, changes in diagnosis and behaviors, leading to increase in team collaboration and patient care
