About Jodi Robinson

Education is not a career I thought of at school. I wanted to be a graphic designer living it up with the bohemians of France, but here I am. Others saw in me my leadership skills that has been nurtured by many to become a teacher in many different contexts. Over the years I have learnt that I am a storyteller and this works well when educating others. I can use my diverse lived experience to make connections with people from many walks of life and I continue to love learning from them and applying that back into my own sphere of influence. Recently my path has taken me into further study into Bronfenbrenners ecological theory and the role school, sports and community organisations play in adolescent development especially First Nations and refugee students in their sense of well-being. Stay tuned.
