Provided business administration services to get Electric Sky set-up as an independent entity, backed by ZX Ventures, LLC. This included creating and building financial statements and accounting procudures, writing SOPs for the business, full charge bookkeeping, business formation admin, and hiring personnel.

Managed 2.4-million square foot portfolio of industrial and office property for privately held Real Estate Investment Trust that was aggressively growing in Western US.

Responsible for daily operations, including customer service, engineering, maintenance & security of two ‘Class A’ high rise properties (portfolio size approx. 500,000 square feet.) Manage $20MM in annual revenue and $7MM in annual expenses. Oversee all capital projects for major mechanical upgrades within portfolio.
