- Manages projects including facilitating logistics and scheduling in a wide range of sectors including Government, Retail, Utilities, Police Services, Financial/Insurance, Healthcare and Education- Works within the project tracking tool (Clarizen) to ensure that engagements are entered and tracked accurately and appropriately- Administration of project tracking tool including managing accounts, tracking timesheets, creating and maintaining reports, team user administration and team assistance- Coordinates multiple projects of varying size and complexity with a high degree of accuracyManages all project-related communications with stakeholders- Analyzes information to identify trends, opportunities and risks

- Defines major project scopes, deliverables and deliverable dates for all active client software application projects- Presents and trains software solutions to client stakeholders- Assists with beta testing of new software- Collaborates directly with the management team to ensure all departments are in sync with project deliverables- Determines creative software solutions for client identified business problems

- Uses system knowledge, business experience and research skills to give superior customized client support to a customer base of over 1500 dealership location- Instructs dealerships in business system use and offers guidance in financial management, inventory control and overall business system configuration- High department productivity through use of organization and prioritization skills- High client satisfaction from quality support and time efficient friendly service- Mentors fellow client service associates in a team environment- Actively collaborates with management for improving the overall performance of the client services department
