I am a professional with many years of experience in a variety of settings associated with services and supports for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The last sixteen (16) years of my professional history has included investigative functions within this population. My professional background also includes a variety of experiences working in the capacity of a Social Worker, including work with homeless women and children in a large metropolitan community, as well as addictions counseling provided in a long term treatment facility. I am a strong team player with a global vision who has a keen attention for operational details that improve the overall workflow in various settings. I also have a quality-driven background and experience in assisting organizations to remain compliant with federal and state requirements. I thrive in a fast-paced environment involving critical projects and am able to both collaborate and work independently to direct and organize resources toward the betterment of the overall work product and provision of services. I am a respected team builder, a leader and one who works to instill a shared sense of purpose to provide optimal services, resources and programs for those in need.
