Southeast Regional Sales Manager
CurrentSE Region ranks #1 in sales company-wide month-over-month with over 35% of total company sales. • Liaison to land acquisition department to facilitate the procurement of scattered lots. • Coordinated growth of division from 5 models to 8, as well as recruiting 7 employees, bringing total staff to 13. • Monitor release of home-sites, manage new community strategy, pricing, community options and features. • Review pricing and make adjustments for aging inventory. • Develop sales department budget, determine appropriate staffing levels and identify ideal marketing expenditures for communities with an average sales price of $250K. • Communicate with executive team, participate in finance and strategy meetings and prepare monthly sales presentations. • Conduct Competitive Price Analysis to ensure proper positioning in each community. • Collaborate with preferred lenders to ensure capture rate is met or exceeded and that finance programs and incentives are competitive and support sales objectives. • Review and approve all deals to ensure sales objectives are met. • Conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations. • Build and maintain Realtor® relations to establish strong ties between sales team and Realtor® community along with participation in MLS.
