I am a partner in the Not-for-Profit and Religious Organizations and Real Estate practice groups. My practice focuses on representing not-for-profit and religious organizations in two primary areas: real estate transactions and corporate governance.I represent clients on sophisticated real estate transactions, such as leases, property sales, joint ventures, development projects, and the statutory approval process required for New York not-for-profit corporations and religious corporations for the sale and other disposition of real property, including petitions to the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the New York Supreme Court.
