Hi I'm Jodi, I am the People Director for UK Retail division of the Clear Group and Brokerbility. I believe that if we look after our people and create an environment where everyone can be their self and thrive, then everything else will take care of itself. I support the business and our people to deliver on their plans, priorities and goals. I previously worked for the ProAktive Group as Operations Director, as we developed and grew the successful business that ProAktive and ProAktive Risk Management became and also worked closely with our clients on HR support, advice and people strategies.
