About Jodi Cotten-Konsur

I have taught at the college level for over 30 years. My favorite educational environment is the Community College. I am currently a tenured Associate Professor at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York. In 1989 I began developing and teaching online courses. I have developed courses in Statistics, Liberal Arts Mathematics (three courses), College Algebra and Trigonometry, Calculus I, and Calculus II.I am a Past President of the New York Mathematics Association of Two Year Colleges (NYSMATYC). I am also a very active member of this organization, as well as with its parent organization, the American Mathematics Association of Two Year Colleges (AMATYC), where I am a member of the AMATYC Distance Learning Committee. I also hold memberships in the Mathematics Association of American (MAA) and American Women in Mathematcis (AWM).Specialties: Distance Learning, specifically developing and teaching online courses.
