BTH Architecture was focused on high residential in the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Suburbs precinct. Role and Responsibility: • Worked directly with clients: had weekly meetings on the progress of their building• Liaised with town planners: under the guidance of the planner developed drawings and advised clients on their developments• Participated on site meetings under the guidance of the senior architect from excavation and demolition to occupancy. Key Achievements:• Understood the process of DA, DCC, S96, S94 contribution, and CC• Achieved DA approval for a substantial alternations and additions that satisfies client needs, exceeding council compliance without hindering the views and living standards of its neighbors• Designed, planned and prepared the joinery detailing, RCP, Electrical layout, and sectional detailed drawings for Construction Certificate• Collaborated closely with clients, planners, council (Waverly, Mosman, Woollahra and Randwick) and builders to ensure successful delivery of all projects. • Produced quality and practical designs to incorporate client requests with 2D and 3D drawings. Facilitated the delivery of all drawings from development application to documentation in a timely manner• Understanding the process and significance of architecture in high-end residential architecture.
