Assumed the role of Supervisor within the billing team, additional duties includes · Day to day responsibility for 7 billing administrators· Conduct CV reviews, interview and induction of successful candidates into the team · Initial data integration of newly acquired businesses’ billing records · Provide next tier support for client escalations · Instrumental in the transformation of in-house finance CRM solution from Sage to Unit 4 (Agresso).

My primary duties as an Billing Analyst include day-to-day ownership of Lifeways Coldharbour (CRM) database used by 11 area offices This includes providing 1st line support, fault resolution and problem management of the centralised CRM system (Coldharbour). I am also responsible for running weekly & monthly reports, Payroll review & client invoicing. Duties Include:● Cold Harbour Administrative Management (1st Line Support)● Problem/Escalation Management for 11 area offices (single point of contact)● Contract and invoicing due diligence● Aiding payroll process● Weekly and Monthly resource reporting
