Key responsibilities:• Collaborating, troubleshooting and mediating between Accounts, suppliers, delivery drivers and procurement when an issue arises• Daily production of a wide variety of reports for senior management• Chairing weekly meetings with outsourced service provider regarding scheduling, investigations, production targets and QA issues• Attending daily manager meetings and presenting to department heads• Ensuring strict OHS standards are adhered to across the department• Working within the boundaries of Chain of Responsibility • Conducting training for all new starters within the Receiving Department • Liaising with suppliers and Coles procurement team• Receiving goods-in, processing dockets and purchase orders into the IFS and the WMS• Allocating resources across the site to support in the receipt and unloading of goods-in• Delegation to maintain an efficient and productive department working to strict production KPI’s• Unloading stock from taught-liners, containers and Pantech’s with gas and electric forklifts to support peak times • Verifying goods-in and stock levelsWith a passion for continuous improvement, I have contributed significantly to identifying and implementing business improvement policies and procedures within the department and related sections.
