A key player when it comes to all things Visualfiles, instrumental in managing the Firm’s wider case management/practice management projects along with the relationship with the relevant 3rd party account managers.Work with the Head of IT to analyse and recommend new software/systems to continuously develop the company’s functionality in line with the IT Strategy, Corporate standards and legislative changes.The management, improvement, and maintenance of the firm`s databases, including rollouts, upgrades and troubleshooting database problems.Communicating effectively with IT team members, management, and end users to ensure business needs are met.

Working within the development team, analysing the firm's needs and researching the best way to meet the requirements of the end user. Designing and developing applications to include support training and delivering to the business.

During this period while my children were young I worked part-time within the Mortgage Arrears and Debt Recovery departments. Working part time allowed me to keep up to date with technology while also spending time at home with my children.

Working within the Mortgage arrears department. Managing my own caseload arranging bailiff appointments, instructing agents to attend Court and drafting witness statements.
