I knew when I graduated university that my career would fall into 1 of 2 of my favourite things in the world - books or food! The latter came out victorious and there began my wonderful career journey in the addictive world of hospitality.In my current role, I'm responsible for building a strong employer brand that attracts and connects us with talented individuals.
