I am a litigation attorney and specialize in personal injury and construction defect, although I do have experience in other areas of the law.I received the position I am currently in despite facing significant competition for a reason. I have overall experience in a national law firm, local law firm, in house as well as outside counsel experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides. Thus, I believe I have a very well rounded experience base which makes me unique in the legal world and gives me the ability to advise my clients in a more detailed manner than attorneys who only have experienced one side of the coin. I know how to manage a large case load and can manage lower level attorneys and staff. I have also worked for several different insurance companies and private corporations as well as individuals. I can handle all aspects of a case from beginning to end, including first chair trial work. I really enjoy being a lawyer and the good fight. Being originally from New York, I do not get intimidated easily. I strive for the best for myself and will do the same for my clients.
