The MJCGC was an annual golf tournament that raised funds for the Ronald McDonald Houses of North Carolina. I assisted the tournament director with daily operations, communications between the tournament office and the celebrities, sponsors, board of directors, and over 300 tournament volunteers, as well as helping organize events held during the four-day tournament.

I was responsible for developing annual media schedules, negotiations of contracts, and placement of all media for the agency's clients.

As office manager, I was responsible for client billing, accounts receivables, account payables, payroll, setting the office supply budget as well as ordering all office supplies.

I handled all of the front office communications and assisted the accounts payable/accounts receivables manager with data entry, follow-up calls, and reports.

Mansion Enterprises was an entertainment company that operated haunted houses in markets across the United States. I handled the marketing and advertising, as well as assisting with the public relations, in 5 markets.

In addition to assisting the accounts payable manager, I was responsible for purchasing and tracking all materials for each project/job.
