I teach a variety of formats at several locations. Fitness is still my love, even though I have moved on to working full time in the corporate world.

§ As an Instructor, I taught exercise classes and worked with members on the equipment. However, I also did a lot of work on the computer using Word, Access, Excel and Picture It. I helped design the layout and wrote articles for the monthly newsletter. I did fitness analyses, fitness counseling, and some personal training.§ I was also the Director of Sales for about a year. I was in charge of training the other staff on new sales and marketing strategies as well as generating weekly and monthly reports and analyses. I used Quickbooks to track sales. I created marketing materials, settled financial discrepancies and generated new and retained current business. I also worked at the front desk and answered phones and made appointments, confirmed appointments, and generated new business by contacting guests of our clients with permission. I was responsible for email and phone inquiries and logging calls and setting appointments for tours.
