• Lead a team of 12 Product Development, Nutrition & Sustainability Managers to deliver on NPD & sustainability initiatives• Lead a virtual cross functional “Innovation Hub” to ideate and prototype NPD opportunities for the longer term• Responsible for developing strategic new business cases to to fulfil Tip Top’s incremental growth targets

• Responsible for $200m portfolio across Golden, Abbotts and Tip Top brands• Set the strategic direction for the portfolio inclusive of innovation pipeline development and execution, brand strategy and development, communication and activation• Lead portfolio through IBP process• Leadership of brand team• Management of $3m A & P budget• Management of all Agency contracts and relationships

The role is responsible for:• Proactive development and delivery of strategic and profitable growth opportunities for Private Label product or category opportunities - consistent with the goals and objectives of the Tip Top strategic plan across Bread, Breakfast, International Breads, Garlic Bread and Bake at Home breads.• Developing joint business growth plans with key customers (primarily retail) for each of these market opportunities.• Leading and managing the planning and execution of new customer brand projects cross functionally

Responsible for National Business Management of the Woolworths account across the Tip Top business including Bread, Cake, Garlic Bread and bread by products such as breadcrumb. Business worth ~ $500m retail sales value. Led a team of 5 people.

Both Acetum Spa and GWF are owned by Associated British Foods (ABF), I work one day per week on Acetum and the other 4 days on GWF.Based in Modena, Italy Acetum is a global leader in Balsamic Vinegar. Our leading brand is Mazzetti.Australia is the 2nd largest global market for Mazzetti and as such Acetum need someone on the ground in Australia to work closely with our distributor and retailers on Sales, Category and Marketing. My role is varied but focuses on growing the brand in Australia; investing in strategically aligned localised integrated comms campaigns to drive both tactical sales and brand equity, building relationships with major retailers, looking at new sales channels and developing the relationship with our distributor to maintain supply. I have a part time Brand Manager reporting to me.
