Moving to Sydney from the UK in 2008, Jo began working in client services at Surry Hills design agency Philter Group. Forming a strong bond with Jodie de Vries, the MD, Jo and Jodie launched Tiny Hunter six years later in 2014, alongside Emma Scott.
