I originally joined on a 6 month FTC to support head office recruitment based onsite at our support centre in Newport Pagnell. I am now leading the resourcing function supporting all site operations hiring as well as continuing to work with the support centre to ensure that we identify, attract and retain the very best talent for the Welcome Break business.

I have delivered over 250+ projects ranging from market intelligence reports which allow our clients to benchmark competitors, identify industry trends and produce location/feasibility studies for recruitment to developing global employer brand propositions for clients such as Avon, Ericsson, Primark, VW, Aviva, RBS, Barclays, Facebook, The Army, amongst others.
