Current• Administer sales applications with my section for more than 23,000 flats offered annually from application to taking possession of flats• Handle high volume day-to-day liaison with applicants via phone, emails, and face-to-face interactions to promptly fulfil applicants’ requests• Process eligibility of flat applications, housing grant applications as well as evaluation of deviation cases• Crafted and surfaced detailed case reports on persistent appeals for Management and Ministry’s consideration• Active involvement in several Service Improvement projects such as handholding of seniors,as well as public engagement plans to guide home buyers through the flat buying process
