I’m well-rounded marketing leader with over 15 years experience and a proven background in both digital marketing and traditional promotions, events, and campaigns achieving strong ROI results. I have collaborated with major brands and organisations and have been recognised with several awards during my career. I’m the Head of Community Relations at Eastland, a major shopping centre in the Melbourne's eastern suburbs. In this role I create and sustain positive relationships with community members, non-profit organisations, government bodies and fellow employees in order to build partnerships and projects that enhance the operating climate. I carefully develop a strategy designed to make positive and authentic contributions to the local area, while raising awareness for both Eastland and QIC.Before joining Eastland, I worked as a senior marketing manager in both the retail and fitness industry. During these years I successfully created and executed strategic business plans that increased year on year sales and traffic growth and campaigns that exceed all ROI objectives. However my most rewarding achievement during my career was the strong connections made with customers, retailers and my peers which was supported with consecutive awards as the top marketing manager in the portfolio for the annual retailer satisfaction survey. Colleagues know me as ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness for my team. I’m extremely passionate about building capability and connectedness to enhance human flourishing and want to Inspire more people to discover and embrace the value and impact of enhanced wellbeing, especially children and is why I'm a proud executive board member of Communities of Wellbeing. www.communitiesofwellbeing.org.au
