I have been working with various recruitment agencies on a long term basis, supporting with all aspects of the business including the following:- Database administration (including cleansing, keeping records up to date and managing client/candidate preferences)- Inputting of new candidates/clients and organisations- Day to day back office administration - Client and candidate aftercare, and conducting surveys in order to gain measurable data to improve service month on month- Candidate sourcing, and doing initial telephone registrations - Advertising jobs in job boards and company websites - Other ad hoc duties and project work as required
