I have a clear understanding of the positive impact of schools and families working in partnership to best support students. I work with talented Multi Cultural Education Aides within the Wellbeing Team at the College, to best support families. When families feel supported, connected and heard, they engage in their child's learning and the student receives better outcomes. I understand what is required to implement successful family engagement events and actions and how to build relationships. I have developed a range of events, printed materials and online content to support various campaigns. I have coordinated a range of events, facilitated information and training sessions and lead brand development strategies. I establish strong partnerships and love building relationships and connecting with people.
