Responsible of proactively steering supplier setups and evaluating associated risk for new and current suppliers related to all purchased parts within the North America region for Service Parts demand. Also responsible of procuring service parts orders from NAFTA sourced supplies for all internal/external customers and to directly influence and continually improve the service level to all Service & Parts customers through uninterrupted availability. • Manage supplier activities by safeguarding current and long term Service Parts volume for components procured in North America, analyzing and evaluating material flow output efficiency at supply base, negotiating and tracking adjustment at supplier side, due to Service volume fluctuations. • Monitor and process all routine and critical service parts orders from customers. • Calculate and approve supplier production capacity• Monitor performance for all suppliers within the assigned product commodity using the supplier capacity management tool. • Act as project lead and subject matter expert regarding capacity topics in order to develop suppliers to ensure program readiness for current and new suppliers. • Escalation of critical parts to the management of the supplier especially in case of VOR (Vehicle off Road) in the Aftersales Market. • Monitor all past due deliveries from the supplier and set up equality counter measures for on time deliveries. • Work daily with the Order Management System (e.g. order report) regarding availability and on time delivery. • Ensure parts on time delivery through order optimization and supplier communication. • Initiate and steer supplier recovery situations in the event of shortage and process/production problems, leverage escalation processes including Q-Help to address supplier performance. • Collaborate with colleagues to place Service requirements early in the part creation and supplier awarding phase to ensure optimal supplier preparedness.

I launched my own Etsy Shop in August of 2017 when I was making items for my upcoming wedding. I mainly focus on hand painted signs and various sizes and mediums ranging from canvases to wood. I've always wanted to find a way to invest in my love for art and turn it into income. In the last 2 years of me operating this shop full time on top of my regular full time job, I have increased my sales by 40%+ and growing every day. I use my business and marketing skills that I learned from my degree at the University of Alabama to drive my business. I hope to see this side business grow to be something very successful and maybe potentially a full time shop one day.
