My career in higher education spans 30 years and includes teaching, learning and administration in the California Community College, State and University systems. My unwavering core is student-centered and collaborative. I rely on research-based rather than anecdotal evidence. Universal design is a passion of mine and keeps me laser-focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging. We have an emergency to focus on digital literacy along with device and wifi access. Equitable access means more than having a device.
