Jodie Underhill, more popularly known as ‘Garbage girl’ was born in 1976 in Great Yarmouth, England. She is 100% committed to tackling India's garbage problem and sincerely believes that change is possible!She started organizing mass clean ups in McLeod Ganj, India in March 2009 and went on to form the group Mountain Cleaners shortly afterwards. No longer content with being restricted to the mountains Jodie founded Waste Warriors in September 2012 and the organisation has been going from strength to strength and now employs nearly 70 staff.
